There are many triathlon events to choose from these days...but none like this one. For starters, our triathlon is located on a 66,000 acre ranch in the middle of Central Oregon's scenic high desert. This Olympic distance triathlon relay kicks off the Wild Canyon Games early Saturday morning; it runs from 8am to noon. The scenery is spectacular and the terrain, well, it's challenging.

The Wild Canyon Games triathlon boasts a 1 mile lake swim, a 12.5 mountain bike ride that climbs 1,800 cumulative vertical feet in elevation, and a 10k run through the ranch. This triathlon relay race will challenge even the elite athletes, plan accordingly this event will take 3 of your best athletes. (Don't worry; the other 4 members of your team will have their hands full...geocaching.) The team with the best-combined time will earn 1,000 points towards winning the Wild Canyon Games.
